PETALING JAYA: Singer and actor Latif Ibrahim, 62, died at the National Heart Institute (IJN) in Kuala Lumpur on Monday of a heart attack due to complications from diabetes and pneumonia.
She said he would be buried Monday night.
Latif Ibrahim, who suffered from diabetes and pneumonia, was admitted into IJN on Saturday.
Aside from singing, he also acted in several films, starring in 15 films, including Hapuslah Air Matamu, Dendang Perantau, Sumber Ilhamku and Ragam Pemandu.
His last film was 4 Madu directed by A. Razak Mohaideen which was screened in 2010.
