"Shameful" and 'Unacceptable' that Singapore flag formation is incomplete dring National Day

This incomplete flag formation on the Padang was spotted on, and STOMPer Ray thinks it is 'totally unacceptable'.


The formation is made up of people holding red and white umbrellas.

Says Ray:

"I was utterly surprised to see an incomplete flag formation on National Day.

"Such an outcome is totally unacceptable on such an important and much viewed occasion.

"I wonder who is responsible?"
