Jennifer Lopez to perform in Kuala Lumpur

SULTRY actress-singer-dancer Jennifer Lopez is scheduled to perform in Kuala Lumpur as part of her Dance Again Tour in December.

As the title suggests, the concert highlight will be Lopez’s latest dance hits and special high technique dance moves and choreography. It also celebrates Lopez’s first greatest hits album, Dance Again ... the Hits, which was released on July 24 this year.

Lopez, who is a professionally trained dancer, specialising in ballet, jazz and flamenco, is well known for her upbeat pop songs and Latin-pop-influenced dancing abilities.

She has worked with well-known choreographers such as Dave Scott, Cris Judd, Brian Friedman, Wade Robson, Tyce Diorio, Travis Payne, Jeri Slaughter, Laurie Ann Gibson, Mia Michaels and Tina Landon.

The Dance Again World Tour was launched on June 14 this year, first in Panama before travelling across Latin America and now taking its route to Asia.

This former American Idol judge, who is seen more recently on reality talent scout show Q’ Viva, first made her foray into the music scene in 1999 with the release of her debut album, On the 6.

Having released more than five albums to date, the singer has sold over 70 million records.
