Low Bi-Anne case: Father gets full custody

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court granted full custody of 13-year-old Low Bi-Anne to her father Low Swee Siong after a 4-year battle on her custody.

The court, however, granted the mother an access to Bi-Anne but subject to her wish.

The court allowed Swee Siong's application to change the August 2008 order that granted Bi-Anne's custody to her mother, Tan Siew Siew.

Tan is now living in London and working as a restaurant manager.

Swee Siong and Tan were married on Aug 2, 1999, but divorced in June 2006.
