SHAH ALAM: Explosive material, believed to be Molotov cocktails, were hurled at the entrance of PAS deputy president Mohamad Sabu's double-storey link house in Section 19 here.

Shah Alam OCPD Asst Comm Zahedi Ayob said the incident occurred at about midnight on Monday when Mat Sabu's daughter Nurul Huda Mohamad was alone at home.
The PAS No 2 and his wife were in Penang at the time.
“Two men were seen outside the house,” he said. “Preliminary investigations revealed that the attackers threw a kerosene bottle containing flammable material into the porch area.
“Neighbours spotted the fire and rushed to the scene. By then, the duo had fled.“
ACP Zahedi said the case was being investigated under Section 435 of the Penal Code for causing mischief.
Nurul, 28, said she did not realise that there was a fire in the porch until the neighbours alerted her.
“When I came out, the fire had already been put out,” she said. “But, there was a strong petrol odour. There was also an oil container outside the house.”
Mat Sabu could not be reach for comment.
He recently caused a stir when he said that those who attacked and killed the 25 policemen and their families in Bukit Kepong were heroes.
